At Challengers, we aim to ensure a seamless user experience. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and in-app point purchases.

• Users may cancel subscriptions or point purchases within 24 hours of the transaction.
• Cancellations are allowed only for unused points or uninitiated subscriptions.

Refunds will be processed in the following scenarios:

• Subscription cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
• Unused points purchased but not used in challenges.
• Technical issues during point purchases leading to duplicate transactions.

Refunds will not be processed for:

• Points used in challenges.
• Cases where challenges have already been accepted and initiated.

• Request Submission: Users must submit a refund request via email at chroniclessports1@gmail.com.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Documentation: Users may need to provide proof of payment or transaction details for verification.

• Purchased points remain valid indefinitely unless used or forfeited due to account violations.
